Week Seven found me a little under the weather, so much of it is still waiting to be cooked this weekend. I did work up a window sill of tomatoes for the freezer and it is a great feeling to think of pulling them out some winter day for soups or sauces. What we have here are: onions, tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, corn, peaches, okra, cantaloupe, cucumbers, and blackberries.
